We hear about Continuous Deployment quite a bit, but often the practicalities of getting there are ignored - the technical and human sides. I will touch on several of the things you need to think about, and have in place, before you can go for Continuous Deployment. I will also touch on the reasons why you might not want to do it, but how you can improve your stack by at least aiming for it.
